We give you choices in where you’ll live: with independent living apartments in a wide variety of spacious floor plans. Choose from two versions of a one-bedroom or four versions of a two bedroom: you can’t go wrong, because all of them offer a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, washer and dryer, walk-in closet, bay window, ceiling fan, and med-alert system. And your monthly fee will also cover choice of daily meal, all utilities (except phone), cable television, weekly housekeeping/linen service, social and recreational activities, exercise and wellness programs, scheduled transportation, and grounds keeping service.

And, you’ll have choices in the way you live, as well – with an array of resources and activities you can enjoy as you choose.

Commons Living
Parkway Place has been thoughtfully designed to offer you MORE than the comforts of home. You’ll find a pool, spa, putting green, gazebo, gardening areas, fitness trails, an art studio and a brand new fitness center. Added conveniences include carports and garages, a computer center, auditorium/chapel, beauty salon, library, and convenience store. And, for a heightened sense of security, we provide a courtesy officer, and controlled entry gate. As a Parkway Place resident, you have access to it all.

Dining
Dine in, whipping up your favorites in you own full kitchen … or dine out in our welcoming restaurant-style dining room, serving specially prepared meals all day long! Hosting friends or family? Just reserve the private dining room. As always, Parkway Place offers you a full menu of choices.
